John Farris, a US Sailing Regional Judge and Regional Race Officer, will serve as co-instructor for the upcoming “Basic Race Management” seminar at CYC on Saturday, August 15, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the CYC Dry Dock.
