The Bayview Room and Veranda hold 75 guests comfortably between the two rooms. We recommend no more than 100 guests total.

Yes, you may have your ceremony at the venue, however we do not have or provide officiants. Our beach space is limited to launching boats and therefore is not available for ceremonies.

Our sailing center downstairs is open to the public Tuesday-Sunday, 9am-5pm. No one aside from your guests will be permitted to use the upstairs space while you are renting it. As we are an active sailing center, we can not move boats nor provide additional space outside of the Bayview room and Veranda.

Yes, we have our own parking lot that is shared with public sailing center members and guests.

Yes, all decorations are DIY by the event host. You are welcome to decorate the rented space any time during the timeframe in which you are booked.

Room rentals are rain or shine. The Bayview room is entirely indoors in the case of inclement weather.
